Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients in the Springfield, MO area. This full-time role involves 1:1 in-home hospice care, medication administration, wound care, and comfort measures, with potential after-hours on-call.

The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for clinical growth within a larger interdisciplinary care team. Travel locally to cases and participate in ongoing training and support.”

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed, but not required. Training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in home settings, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders correctly.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
