Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice nursing care in client homes.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.
