Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality care to patients in their homes across Springfield, MO and surrounding counties. This Per Diem role offers 1:1 patient care with flexible schedules and strong clinical support.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with at least one year of clinical experience; hospice experience is welcomed but not required, as BAYADA provides training and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Hospice experience welcomed but not required; training provided.
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes, administering medications, wound care, treatments and comfort care as directed.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the supervisor.
• Follow up on, implement, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
