Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• Commitment to meet deadlines for charting
• Ability to self-manage time and schedule
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans in a hospice setting
• Support patients in Latrobe, PA and surrounding areas with comprehensive nursing care
• Participate in care coordination and documentation using EMR systems
