Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare billing, collections, revenue cycle, or admin support.
• 1+ years on patient accounts, insurance verification, or reimbursement.
• 1+ years using Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1+ years hospice, home health, or healthcare revenue cycle ops.
• 1+ years EMR or billing systems experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance billing processes.

Responsabilités

• Process billing, collections, and reimbursement activities with accuracy and payor compliance.
• Review and maintain patient accounts, resolve discrepancies, support timely claims.
• Communicate with internal teams, payors, and stakeholders on account issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records per policies and regulations.
• Support reporting, workflow management, and continuous improvement in revenue cycle.
