Job summary

Affinity Health Management is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Respiratory Therapist to provide compassionate respiratory care for hospice patients in home, facility, and inpatient settings. You will assess respiratory status, deliver comfort-focused treatments, educate families on equipment and oxygen therapy, and document care.

The role requires a CRT or RRT license, with preferred 1 year RT experience and hospice/palliative care background.

Qualifications

• Current state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT).
• Minimum 1 year of RT experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills.

Responsibilities
