Brighton Hospice is seeking a Resource Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate in-home and facility-based care. You will provide clinical nursing care, psychosocial support, and coordinate with social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership to meet patient needs.

You will travel across the service area, work weekdays 11a-7p, and participate in admissions and field visits, while ensuring adherence to hospice rules and maintaining meticulous

Formación

• Current RN licensure (in good standing) in state(s) of practice.
• Works well within a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers and CNA leadership.
• Works closely with patients 1-1 while supported by the care team.
• Able to work independently with phone, email, written communication and meetings.
• Demonstrates time management for visits, documentation, and meetings; prioritizes needs.
• Ability to learn an EMR system.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid license and auto insurance; travel across service area.

Responsabilidades
