Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks aRegistered Nurse in Oklahoma to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care, evaluate patients, and create care plans while communicating with patients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care.

This RN will join a supportive leadership team with opportunities for professional development and advancement. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Ability to lift at least 80-100 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Drive the care team to ensure each patient receives quality, compassionate care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a supportive team culture.
