ViaQuest Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide holistic hospice care in Somerset, PA. You will assume primary responsibility for a patient and family caseload, performing assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care; coordinate with physicians and the hospice team to ensure seamless care.

The role includes administering medications, maintaining patient records, and supervising LPNs and Hospice Aides while traveling within the assigned service area.

Competenze

• Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license is required.
• Nursing experience preferably within Hospice specialty.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
