Job summary

Brighton Hospice seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our on-call team delivering patient-centered hospice care in homes, SNFs, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, document thoroughly, and respond to urgent needs while maintaining balanced caseloads and high staff-to-patient ratios. Night shift compensation is competitive, with bonus opportunities and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered hospice care.
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to manage daily schedule independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance to travel throughout the service area.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide compassionate, individualized hospice care wherever patients call home-including private residences, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers to develop care plans that support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. We prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves. Depending on your strengths and interests, we do have various nursing opportunities available.

Registered Nurse - On Call Nurse

Night shift: 5:00pm-8:00am (daily end/start time, no continuous on call)

Pay range: $80k - $85K/yrly, DOE, plus bonus opportunities!

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice
