Job summary

Compassus in Georgia is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home care to patients and families. You will coordinate hospice services, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity.
