Compassus in Andersonville, Indiana is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate home-based hospice care that honors patients’ choices and quality of life. You’ll work with families to tailor care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and support caregivers through education and guidance.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
