Compassus in Texas is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our compassionate team. You’ll deliver patient-centered care, coordinate services, and support families to improve quality of life at home.

You’ll build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity for patients with serious illnesses. A strong commitment to belonging and inclusivity guides our culture.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
