Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, home-based care and lead end-of-life support for patients and families in Michigan. You’ll work with a dedicated care team to educate caregivers and coordinate services that enhance quality of life.

Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS.
