Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate home-based care and coordinate services for patients and families. You’ll assess needs, partner with the care team, and ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
