Compassus in Round Rock, TX seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care in the home setting. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, assess needs, manage symptoms, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in TX

Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
