Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Peoria, IL to support patients and families with compassionate, home-based care. The role emphasizes relief from symptoms, education for caregivers, and collaboration within the care team to ensure comfort, peace, and dignity at home.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license in Illinois, have at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and possess CPR/BCLS certification plus a valid driver’s license.
