Job summary

Liberty Health in Burlington, North Carolina is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This full-time position offers meaningful patient care in a hospice setting, focusing on comfort, dignity, and family support.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in North Carolina, have hospice experience preferred, and be willing to travel as needed. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• Nursing education from an approved school of nursing.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care program operations.
• Understanding of reimbursement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply a working knowledge of nursing theories and concepts.
• Responsible for care and documentation of care which meets reimbursement guidelines.
• Coordinate physical care of the patient with family, patient, physician and Hospice team.
• Communicate with patients/families at all levels.
• Communicate with all agency personnel.
• Attend and participate in IDT meetings and quality review as scheduled by agency.
