Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license for the state of Pennsylvania.
• Two years of RN experience, preferably in a hospice setting.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for charting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to provide management of patient care plans.
• Support patients in Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas.
• Drive to/from patient locations approximately 20% of the day.
