Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Spend approximately 20% of your time driving to/from patient locations.
• Meet critical deadlines for charting.
