Formación

• 3+ years of leadership in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong focus on clinical quality, regulatory standards, and outcomes.
• Experience building engagement, retention, and development in teams.
• Ability to balance operations with patient-centered care decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations, finances, and long-term performance.
• Ensure compassionate, high-quality hospice care for patients and families.
• Develop and coach leaders and clinicians to meet clear performance expectations.
• Build relationships with community providers and referral partners.
