VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead day-to-day operations and drive patient-centered care across the branch.

This role requires an active RN license and 3+ years of leadership in hospice or healthcare operations, with a focus on quality, compliance, and team engagement.

You will build strong community relationships, coach leaders, and ensure outstanding outcomes while maintaining compassionate, patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 3+ years leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset.
• Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability.
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care.
• Partner closely with clinical leaders to maintain strong outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness.
• Be present and engaged - supporting your team in delivering care, not just directing it.
