Holisticare Hospice is seeking a self-driven Community Liaison to serve the Southern Ocean County area. You will be the face of our hospice marketing efforts, building trust-based relationships with referral sources, physicians, and healthcare partners to grow census and awareness.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a competitive base salary of $90,000–$100,000 per year with uncapped commission, and a supportive, mission-driven culture focused on compassionate, high-quality care.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; additional experience may substitute.
• Minimum two years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
• Hospice/palliative marketing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to strengthen collaboration.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for our hospice services by conducting regular outreach.
• Play a key role in growing our presence by positioning our hospice as the provider of choice across the service area.
• Drive referral growth through regular visits with referring physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients and families during critical moments by leading initial conversations about hospice care and facilitating consent with empathy.
