Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Clinical Liaison in Georgia to promote our Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork and Innovation values while guiding referrals to hospice services. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with hospitals, facilities and community partners to identify patients who match our care offerings.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in hospital or long-term care settings, and with healthcare marketing

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 2–3 years of related clinical experience required.
• Hospital and/or long-term care experience preferred.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings and community events to support growth.
• Explain hospice services and benefits to patients and families.
• Coordinate admissions and ensure forms are completed and filed.
• Develop professional relationships with referral sources.
