Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a Program Director to oversee our hospice program in Sumter, SC. The role focuses on leadership for agency operations, growth, financial management, customer service, and quality care delivery.

The program director will ensure compliance with hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid matters, leading the local office and partnering with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities. A strong operations/sales leadership background is important for success here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs required.
• Two (2) years of hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations.
• Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience required.
