Qualifications

• Current licensed RN in the state of operation.
• 1–3 years healthcare experience; hospice, palliative care, oncology, or home health preferred.
• Preferred management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of patient care and supervise the clinical team.
• Plan and facilitate interdisciplinary team conferences.
• Manage quality of care and conduct supervisory patient visits.
• Evaluate patient care data and satisfaction surveys to identify improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for agency and staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train employees.
• Maintain high staff satisfaction and control turnover.
• Manage budget and productivity; oversee service utilization.
• Act as Administrator's alternate when needed.
