Qualifications

• Minimum two years in health care management, home health, hospice, or related programs.
• Two years of hospice experience with Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.
• Operations or sales leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Forge strong connections with physicians, hospitals, and facilities to extend reach.
• Build and orient a capable team with training, education, and evaluation.
• Organize and supervise administrative functions of the hospice program and local operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead day-to-day management and operations of the hospice program.
• Implement policies and procedures approved by the governing body.
