Job summary

Ohio’s Hospice is seeking a Hospice PCS – Full Time Direct Patient Care in Franklin, OH to travel to patient homes and care facilities within the Zanesville/Middletown service region. This day shift, field-based role requires a High School diploma or GED; CNA preferred and CHPNA certification preferred; valid Ohio driver’s license; ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
