Hospice House PCS – Making every moment matter
As a Hospice House PCS, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace. This is a field-based role requiring travel to patient homes and care facilities throughout the Zanesville service region.
This is a FT position, 7am-7:30pm with every other weekend/holiday rotation; this position for our Dayton Hospice House IPU but will float to our Middletown and Troy IPU's when needed.
