The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can work independently in a dynamic home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
• 4+ years full-time RN experience or equivalent
• Able to work independently with strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with hospice policies and regulatory requirements governing the practice of the assigned team
• Promotes quality of care and safety of patients and staff
• Engages in thorough problem resolution and complaint investigation
• Provides in-services to staff on regulatory issues and agency policy
• Ability to function in any home situation irrespective of client demographics
