Job summary

Optum, in partnership with Deaconess Hospice (LHC Group), is hiring a Patient Care Manager - Hospice in Brookhaven, Mississippi. This role supports Executive leadership in delivering safe, compliant patient care and leads a team to uphold quality and safety standards.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires. Requirements include current RN licensure, CPR, 1+ year clinical experience, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification requirements.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote quality of care and safety for patients and staff.
• Engage in problem resolution and investigate complaints.
• Provide in-services to staff on regulatory issues and agency policy.
