Job summary

Moments Hospice in Pepin, WI is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide for full-time, field-based work. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

You will provide hands-on personal care to patients at home or in care settings and partner with an RN Case Manager to support families with compassionate end-of-life care. The role emphasizes comfort, dignity, and respectful handling of patients in their final chapter of life, with structured training and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA in good standing.
• Experience assisting hospice patients and families is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to hospice patients in home or facility settings.
• Keep patients clean, comfortable, and dignified.
• Collaborate with the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
