Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Palliative Care department. The role delivers safe patient care using the nursing process and coordinates patient/family teaching for the care team.

This full-time Days shift offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS; BSN is preferred; at least 1 year of acute care experience recommended.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS Certification 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting, preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of safe patient care and uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
