Amedisys is seeking a hospice liaison for Northern Plymouth County to educate providers, patients, and families about home care services and to build strategic referral sources. The role emphasizes field collaboration, physician office engagement, and admissions coordination with an expected travel of 50% within the territory.

The ideal candidate has outside sales or business development experience in healthcare; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare business development/outreach.
• Cold calling in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals or home health is ideal.
• Reliable transportation and active driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Educates health care professionals, patients, and families about home care services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates patient admissions and collects necessary documentation.
• Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and barriers to care.
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals in CRM.
• Meets admissions, product, and payor-mix goals and tracks calls daily.
• Attends community events to promote Amedisys and responds to complaints promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
