Amedisys is seeking a Hospice Liaison to educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home care services. The role focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, and physician offices to drive admissions, while coordinating patient admissions and documentation with the team.

The ideal candidate has outside sales experience in healthcare and may have experience with cold calling in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hospice settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales/business development in healthcare.
• Background in cold calling in pharma, medical devices, hospitals, home health or hospice a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Educates healthcare professionals, patients and families about home care services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates patient admissions with the team and completes referral-to-admission process.
