Amedisys seeks a hospice liaison to drive outside sales in the Omaha area. The role focuses on educating health professionals and communities about home health and hospice services, building referral sources, and advancing patient admissions.

You will travel within the territory, develop relationships with hospitals, nursing homes and physician offices, and maintain CRM records to hit enrollment and payor-mix goals.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of healthcare business development/outreach experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and liability insurance.

Aufgaben

• Educates healthcare professionals, patients, and families about home care services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources to generate leads.
• Coordinates admissions and gathers documentation to complete referral to admission process.
• Conducts on-site visits to assess patient needs and barriers to care.
• Keeps accurate records of patient interactions and referrals in CRM.
• Meets admissions, product, and payor-mix goals.
• Attends community events to promote Amedisys.
• Responds to customer complaints promptly.
