Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Health Care or related field.
• Health care experience and Masters degree preferred.
• Three years of documented outreach success promoting services/products to medical professions.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Experience with Value Based Physician and ACO accounts desirable.
• Proven history of increasing an organization's census.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Educate referral sources about Hospice Savannah's services and access to hospice care.
• Deliver education in one-to-one and group settings.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, community agencies, patients, and families.
