Job summary

Hospice Savannah Inc. seeks a Healthcare Relations Educator to educate referral sources about hospice services, access to hospice care, and end-of-life care with a strong focus on customer service.

The educator will conduct one-to-one and group sessions, build relationships with physicians and community partners, and promote understanding of hospice benefits while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Health Care or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advancement and leadership.
• Three years of proven outreach success in promoting services to medical professionals.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Educate referral sources about Hospice Savannah’s services and access to care.
• Develop and present education programs to individuals and groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and manage multiple priorities.
