Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Administrator RN in Lawrenceburg, IN to lead our branch operations, maintain clinical compliance, and drive market development and financial performance. The role requires RN licensure and leadership experience in hospice settings.

The administrator will foster a positive office culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop strategic plans to grow the operating office and achieve profitability in the local hospice program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration and leadership.
• Minimum 1 year of management/leadership experience in healthcare, hospice preferred.
• At least 3 years of hospice experience.
• Experience with financial statements and profitability management is a plus.

What You’ll Do As a Hospice Administrator

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results
• Create an office environment that maintains a positive morale, conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare
• Develop strategic plans for the business development and growth of the operating office

What We’re Looking For

• A college degree, preferably in nursing, health care or business
• RN license
• Training and experience in healthcare administration
• Minimum of one (1) year of management/leadership experience in related health care industry, preferably hospice
• Minimum of three (3) years in hospice required
• Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferred
