Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee local provider(s) and ensure daily execution of services.

You will manage operations, personnel performance and office management, with travel up to 25% and a preference for licensed clinicians or admins.

This role requires strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and a track record in healthcare administration; in-office attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Past year administrator restriction per compliance policies.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing home care administration.
• Basic technology skills including mobile device use.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Preferred: licensed physician, RN, social worker, therapist, or nursing home administrator.
• Clinical license or compact nurse license; CPR certification.
• Preferred 1 year in a management role.
• Preferred home health care or hospice experience.
• Preferred experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Oral and written communication, English fluency, active listening.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• In-office attendance essential (except designated full-time remote positions).
