Job summary

Ovation Hospice in Salt Lake City is seeking a skilled Hospice Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

Base salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to end-of-life care.
• Minimum of 2 years in hospice, preferably in a marketing role.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospice team.
• Oversee clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review patient care plans.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor program outcomes and drive improvements.
• Foster relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote the organization.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
