Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree in Health Care Administration preferred.
• 3+ years hospice leadership experience required.
• 7+ years in healthcare management or related field required.
• Previous experience as a hospice administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospice program operations and training.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives and future inpatient unit expansions.
• Ensure financial viability through budgeting and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represent hospice care in the community and at fundraising events with the foundation.
• Develop and implement corporate policies to meet regulatory requirements.
