Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of office or related experience.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of billing, payroll, personnel management, records keeping and general office administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-clinical care center operations and support functions.
• Manage HR, billing support, scheduling, purchasing, and office administration for the care center.
• Ensure billing accuracy, handle claims and billing adjustments, and coordinate with corporate teams.
• Support contract review and invoicing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
