Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice in Hatboro, PA to join our Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice team. The role involves on-call night visits, performing medications administration, wound care, and patient comfort measures in patients’ homes across Bucks/Montgomery counties.

Ideal candidates hold an active PA RN license, have at least 1 year clinical experience, and can travel to cases.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Previous home health experience welcomed but not required.
• Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to patients in designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and other treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders and care provided; ensure accuracy of charts.
• On-call after hours and/or weekends as needed.
