BAYADA Home Health Care in Warminster, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hospice care. This full-time role involves on-call shifts and night visits, serving Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia.

You will perform medications administration, wound care, and comfort measures, while coordinating with the care team to maintain patient independence at home. The ideal candidate holds PA RN licensure, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and a compassionate approach.

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse, RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night visits if needed. This office services our hospice clients throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia. Position is for every other week, 26 weeks per year (but paid for 52 weeks) , weekdays Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – 8:30 am and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays with premium pay. Full Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year! Prior home care, hospice, or acute care experience strongly preferred. What you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will: • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care. • Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. • Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends What you should have: • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. • One year of clinical experience strongly preferred. • Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. • Ability to travel to cases as assigned • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication. • The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
