BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a on-call and home-visiting nursing role in Hatboro, PA. The position offers full-time hours, with a structured on-call schedule and premium pay for weekends.

Ideal candidates will hold an active PA RN license and have 1 year of clinical experience; home health or hospice experience is preferred. Travel to cases is required as assigned, with strong communication and compassionate patient care expectations.

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse, RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night visits if needed. This office services our hospice clients throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia. Position is for every other week, 26 weeks per year (but paid for 52 weeks) , weekdays Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – 8:30 am and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays with premium pay. Full Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year! Prior home care, hospice, or acute care experience strongly preferred. What you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
