Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Chester County, PA is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality hospice care to clients in their homes. You will perform visits, administer medications, and coordinate care with the clinical team.

The ideal candidate holds a PA RN license, has at least 1 year of clinical experience, and is comfortable with EMR systems and travel to assigned cases.

Qualifications

A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania.
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments and procedures, and comfort care.
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
