Job summary

KeystoneCare in the Greater Philadelphia region is seeking an experienced Hospice On-Call RN to provide after-hours clinical support. You will bring calm, skilled nursing judgment to urgent situations and coordinate with the care team to keep patients comfortable.

Responsibilities include on-call assessments, guiding families, documenting in the EMR, and coordinating with community providers for meds and equipment. A Pennsylvania RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• 1-2 years of hospice or palliative care nursing experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-call patient visits.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Availability for Monday through Thursday and Friday evening on-call coverage.
• Availability for Friday evening through Monday morning on-call coverage.
• Active CPR certification is a plus.
