Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a primary on-call registered nurse for after-hours coverage in Little Rock. You will perform triage with caregivers and families, manage pain crises, address end-of-life issues, and visit patients during emotional or medical crises, including admissions and follow-ups.

The position requires AR RN licensure, CPR certification, and prior hospice or home-health experience, with a 7-on/7-off rotating schedule and an 80-hour bi-weekly pay period.

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted RN licensed in Arkansas from an accredited school.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice or home health.
• Current CPR certification recognized by Baptist Health.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a dependable vehicle.

Schedule and Compensation

• THIS IS A 7 DAY ON AND 7 DAY OFF WORK SCHEDULE POSITION.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule 7 out of 14 days in a pay period.
• Position is paid a salary based on an 80-hour pay period.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
