Ennoble Care in New Jersey is seeking a Full-Time Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to serve the Cape May / Cumberland / Atlantic County area. You will provide end-of-life care, administer medications, and support patients and families, collaborating with physicians and care teams.

The role emphasizes compassionate bedside care, accurate documentation, triage, and timely visits to patients in their homes, with strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in NJ.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, verbally and in writing.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to plan care.
• Triage phone calls.
• Make home visits to evaluate patient condition.
• Provide comfort and support to patients and families.
• Assist caregivers with care planning and execution.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Notify doctor as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide post-mortem support to families.
